        产品特点:

        1.节能降耗:挤压造粒是物料在常温下进行造粒,与其它方法相比,不需要燃油、燃气等干燥措施。     

        2.无需另外添加粘合剂:国内常用的复混肥生产方法是蒸汽造粒。水蒸汽在物料分子间凝结、结晶后,在造过过程中起粘合剂的作用。但在干燥过程中又必须将颗粒内部和表面的水赶出来,否则化肥在贮存过程中易粘结、结块。而对辊挤压造粒不需另外的添加剂,只需利用物料本身的分子间的粘合力,简化了流程、降低了能耗。
